I use it all the time it works great! Yesterday I used trader joes coconut cream and it was like a rock! I only got about 1/3 of the can the rest was liquid. Took FOREVER to whip! Never again sticking w/365 coconut cream!

Hi Chris, sorry to hear it gave you some trouble. We’re curious what brand of coconut cream you used? Some are more oily while others are more creamy. You want one that’s creamy for making coconut whipped cream. The ones that are oily are difficult to mix. If it wasn’t oily, then our next recommendation would be to add a little bit of the liquid (1 Tbsp at a time), to encourage it to soften and whip up. We hope that helps your coconut whip work better next time!
