My only recommendation is to leave them in the freezer! After they had set, the consistency was perfect, however when I transferred them to the fridge they became very soft and lost their shape.

I used small paper wrappers in a mini muffin tin – put the tahini layer in bottom of cups- popped in the freezer for a few hours – put the layer of dark chocolate + sea salt + sesame seeds on top.
The wrapper helped to contain the tahini layer.
Super tasty!
Could also see filling a chocolate with it?
