Hi Rachel, sorry to hear these are too sweet for you! We find the larger amount of sugar helps to better active the yeast to make them fluffy, but you can experiment with using less!

Bummer! We’re so sorry this one didn’t work out well for you, Fran. We’ll give the metric measurements another look. It might be best to measure the psyllium in US measurements since slight variations in psyllium can make a big impact in absorbency.

I have followed the recipe to a t, using the metric measurements, the dough was extremely wet. It’s a no for me, I will stick to the focaccia recipe which is absolutely amazing.
