Bummer! We’re so sorry you didn’t enjoy the tofu prepared with this method, Alisande. Is it possible the tofu had a high water content (i.e. wasn’t extra firm and dried/pressed before use)? Or perhaps the type of pan used made a difference (we used non-stick and could see how the sauce might stick to the pan and fall off the tofu with a stainless steel pan)?
