Hi Marie, we think Monkfruit or Splenda would work if you’re using strawberries since they have a higher water content. If using raspberries, you’ll need to add a little liquid to get it bubbling. Hope that helps!

We love that idea! Since tayberries are a little sweeter, you may want to start with less maple syrup, or add some lemon juice to balance the sweetness. Let us know if you try it out!
