I’ve been having stomach issues adjusting to a new medication and this soup has been sustaining me. I love how quickly it comes together with few ingredients and its flavor is amazing.

I sub stock with bone broth to amp up protein, with a dash of better than bouillon for flavor. I use mirepoix pre cut veggie mix to save time and energy. I opt to add in the white beans (with the chicken). Lastly, I serve this with rice instead of pasta.

Thank you for such a nourishing soup! I have recommended this one more than I can count 😊
